October shines a spotlight on women’s health - from Breast Cancer Awareness and Domestic Violence Awareness, to World Menopause Day - and our event happens to fall on World Mental Health Day!

With so many reminders this month to pause and care for ourselves, this gathering is the perfect chance to slow down, reflect, and connect.
